Refund Eligibility

ZERO SHOOTS sells digital blueprints and training products (ebooks, prompt packs, and related digital assets). Because these products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded or accessed right after purchase, refunds are limited to the window below.

Within 48 hours of purchase: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase. No detailed explanation is required, simply let us know you would like a refund.
After 48 hours: Once the 48-hour window has passed, all sales are considered final and we are unable to offer a refund.

To request a refund within the eligibility window, please follow these steps:

Email our support team within 48 hours of your purchase.
Include your order number or the email address used at checkout.
Let us know which product you purchased.
Our team will review and confirm your refund within 2-3 business days.

Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, we will process it immediately on our end. However, depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer, it generally takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to be fully credited back to your original payment method. We cannot expedite your bank's processing times.
