Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate allocation of resources for our creative services, ZERO SHOOTS maintains a strict policy regarding refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

  • Digital Products (Prompt Packs, Digital Assets): All sales are final. Once you have gained access to downloadable files or proprietary frameworks, we cannot offer refunds, as these assets cannot be "returned."
  • Creative Services (Meta Ads, Video Production): Refunds are only available if the project is explicitly canceled by the client prior to the kickoff phase and before any creative direction, prompting, or editing work has commenced.

Refund Process

If you believe you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund (e.g., project cancellation prior to start, or a verifiable technical failure on our end permanently preventing access), please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team within 48 hours of your purchase or project start date.
  2. Include your order number, project details, and the explicit reason for the refund request.
  3. Provide any necessary context, such as screenshots of technical access failures.
  4. Our billing team will review your request and verify eligibility within 2-3 business days.

Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, we will process it immediately on our end. However, depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer, it generally takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to be fully credited back to your original payment method. We cannot expedite your bank's processing times.
